Website accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level as a practical baseline for this website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience over time.
Features we build in include:
- Keyboard navigation, so the site can be used without a mouse
- Visible focus indicators, so you can see where you are on the page
- Semantic structure with clear headings and landmarks for screen readers
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Labeled, usable forms with clear error messages
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- A responsive layout that adapts to your screen and supports zooming and larger text
Report an accessibility problem
If you run into a barrier on this website, or you need information from the site in a different format, please tell us. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to help.
- Phone: (910) 754-7234
- Email: [salon email — owner to provide]
Please include the page address and a short description of the problem so we can look into it.
In-salon accessibility
We want every guest to be comfortable during their visit. If you have a specific need, or you would like to know whether the salon can accommodate you, please call us ahead of your appointment at (910) 754-7234 and we will do our best to help and to make arrangements.
Two things we can share from our Google listing: there is a restroom on site, and the salon is noted as good for kids.
Owner to verify and then publish: Before making any specific claims about the building, please confirm and add accurate details for a step-free / accessible entrance, accessible parking, door widths for mobility devices, restroom accessibility, seating and sensory accommodations, and a service-animal policy. Until these are confirmed, this page invites guests to call ahead rather than stating specifics, so we never publish an accessibility claim we have not verified.
Feedback
We treat accessibility feedback seriously and use it to improve. If something did not work for you online or in the salon, we want to hear about it so we can make it right.
